While some make decisions internally, many people make their decisions based on social proof, ie: client testimonials and reviews.

This is a wake up call to those home theater equipment manufacturers to listen to the feedback they receive &amp; make things right quickly. 

Reviews with &quot;thumbs down&quot; could harm even the greatest of advertising campaigns.</description>
